For Your Body:
Improve your life!
For Your Mind:
A New Year!
For Your Soul:
Count your Blessings!
Diane’s Notes:
This year, more than others, we're stressed and
concerned, yet the holidays gave us a chance to draw closer to those
we love, giving and getting much needed reassurance. We had to cope
with uncertainty during the holidays and learned how to make the
most of the joy this season offers. We checked out new recipes to
make every holiday meal nutritious and delicious, and tried ways to
Beat Holiday Stress. Remember, the holidays were a time for healing.
I hope you used them in good health!
Resolutions:
We have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day;
so now is the time to add...
Power
Lunches!!!!!!!
Empower
yourself
Re-energize your body
Recharge your Spirit
Make the transition - step away - physically and mentally.
Eat what you like - energy-boosting power comes from increased
metabolism by pleasing your taste buds.
Move - even a 10-minute brisk walk can last 3 hours for extra
energy during your day.
Reflect - Ponder what you can do to improve your work attitude
for the rest of today, it just might carry over to tomorrow.
Fitness reflects:
-
How you
look
-
How you
feel
-
How you
act
Walk
tall and proud - you deserve it!
and
Take
the time to take care of yourself.
