Health Yourself
Health
Yourself is a new program for Christians seeking a healthy lifestyle.
The 10-week program provides practical information and guidance on
healthy eating, exercise and emotional well-being. Weekly support group
meetings and time spent individually in personal devotions enable
participants to make lasting changes in their lifestyles within a
caring, Christian environment. Each
participant makes a
commitment
to daily preparation, weekly attendance, and full participation in the
support group meetings.
Because
good health involves more than just the absence of disease, we will
study health from a holistic viewpoint, exploring the physical,
spiritual and emotional components of health and how they interact.
Consider
this an opportunity to grow as a Christian, to make new and lasting
friendships, and to learn how to lead a healthy life.
