Matthew, 9:37 - Then saith he unto his Disciples, The Harvest Truly is Plenteous, But The Labourers Are Few.

Volume 4               Issue 2               February 2003

For Your Body:      For Your Mind For Your Soul:

Diane’s Notes:

“I suppose that it is sometimes better to fall oneself and rise, than to judge one’s neighbor; because one who has sinned is incited to self-abasement and repentance, while he who judges one who has sinned becomes hardened in an illusion about himself and in pride. Therefore everyone must guard himself, as much as possible, so as not to judge.”

Abbot Nazarius, Little Russian Philokalia, Vol.II.

Judging:                                        GOD LOVES YOU:                                   Rejoice:

“This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24)

GOD’S MESSAGE to each and every one of us:        I LOVE YOU !!!

Said in every language I could locate.

Talking is Sharing  ---------------------------------------------But Listening is Caring

Water:      The substance of life   –   do you know truly how important it is to drink H2O?

A recent publication from Trinity Health Systems has an article that says drinking lots of water may be a highly effective way to slash your risk of heart attack, according to doctors at Loma Linda University. They say men who consume 40 ounces of H2O daily are 54% less likely to die of a heart attack than those who drink 16 ounces or fewer; in women, the figure is 41%. But men who drink an abundance of other beverages and only scant amounts of water have a 46% greater chance of heart-attack death; the figure is 50% for women. One theory: Water, unlike heavier fluids such as milk and juice, may keep blood thin and help prevent clots.

Thought for the month:  The TRUTH might hurt but nothing like what you’ll feel if God catches you in a LIE.

Our website's (www.ovpn.org) current events section will give full details of upcoming programs as they become known to us, so please keep us informed of the programs your church or group has planned.

Thanks for taking the time to read this newsletter.

God Bless You Richly,
