For your Health:
Flu and Pneumonia prevention is of the utmost importance this season
A stuffy nose, sore throat and sneezing are usually signs of a cold.
Tiredness, fever, headache and major aches and pains probably mean you have the flu.
Coughing can be either. A bad cough, however, usually points to the flu.
Treatment: Drink plenty of liquids, Get plenty of rest and Use a humidifier to moisturize the air. Eat properly, stay well rested and exercise to keep your body healthier to fight infection if the flu or a cold catches you off guard.

We thank thee for food - and remember the hungry
We thank thee for health - and remember the sick
We thank thee for friends - and remember the friendless
We thank thee for freedom - and remember the enslaved
May these remembrances stir us to service - thy gifts to us may be shared
